It is crafted entirely from the family’s estate vineyards in the Soave Classico zone, which are planted only with indigenous grape varieties. Bright and welcoming, the 2018 Soave Classico tells the story of this incredible region and innovative family. A striking yellow hue with golden reflections, the wine opens with a delicate nose reminiscent of fresh-picked white peach, honeysuckle and flint. Smooth and round on the harmonious palate, notes of golden raspberry, yellow apple, almond, cream and elderflower mingle with with hints of crisp minerality. Superbly balanced, the finish is marked by zingy acidity that enhancesthe wine’s length.
